Engineered with a maximum twisting force of 130KG, this survival gear serves as a compact repair and cutting station for camping, automotive, or everyday maintenance tasks.

Construction and Hardness

Every component is forged from specific alloy grades to balance edge retention and durability. The main knife blade uses 7Cr17 steel (HRC 55-58), while the plier head, scissors, saw blades, and wire strippers utilize 3Cr13 steel (HRC 50-55). The handle is constructed from 2Cr13 stainless steel. The included T11C and T11D saw parts are made from 58CR4 steel for aggressive cutting.

Care and Sharpening Guidelines

Maintain the DL30's mechanical hinges and blade edges by washing with pure water if exposed to high salinity or alkalinity, then wiping dry and applying light oil like WD-40 to the joints to prevent moisture corrosion. Avoid chlorine-based detergents; use turpentine or mineral oil to clear sticky residues. To sharpen the straight 7Cr17 blade, use a standard grindstone. For the serrated cutting knife, only sharpen the front teeth using specialized tools to preserve the original curvature and cutting function.
